So in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Nathan Fillion said “If I got $300 million from the California Lottery, the first thing I would do is buy the rights to Firefly, make it on my own, and distribute it on the Internet.”
Which caused Browncoats to go a little cray cray because pretty much none of us ever made it through the five stages of grief. So now there’s a site, and a facebook page, and, pending Nathan’s approval, there will be an actual donation button. Spread the word if you’re a fan, and help prove that it’s not just a catchphrase, it’s a fact that you can’t stop the signal.
